Responsibilities

• Own servicing and operational performance KPIs
• Resolve structural problems across partner operations
• Build operational models for new partnerships and products
• Ensure partner KPIs and SLAs remain stable
• Set capacity and priorities for operational teams
• Analyse customer contacts and operational case data
