Summary

The GTM Talent Partner owns end-to-end hiring across Checkatrade’s commercial organisation, particularly sales, account management, revenue and commercial operations. The role partners with senior leaders, builds talent pipelines and uses hiring data and recruiting technology to improve both recruitment outcomes and the wider Talent function.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end hiring across the GTM organisation
• Partner with senior commercial leaders on hiring needs
• Build passive talent pipelines for commercial roles
• Analyse hiring data and recommend process changes
• Maintain accurate hiring records in Ashby
• Improve sourcing, screening and recruitment processes
