Summary

This is a hands-on generalist role bridging product, engineering, and go-to-market for Ankar’s ai-powered R&D tools. You will deliver customer proofs of concept, support product rollouts and adoption, and turn customer feedback into product requirements, working in a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the Shoreditch office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of customer proofs of concept
• Design and deliver new products with customers
• Support customer adoption and value delivery
• Translate customer feedback into product requirements
• Identify product opportunities across customer deployments
• Roll out new products to enterprise customers
