Summary

The Group Tax Lead will own Fuse Energy's tax function end to end across a rapidly expanding international group. The role covers tax structuring, compliance, transfer pricing, reliefs and entity setup, with the opportunity to build the function as the company's first dedicated tax hire.

Responsibilities

• Design group structures, entities and financing arrangements
• Own corporation tax, vat and payroll filings
• Maintain transfer pricing policies and documentation
• Plan reliefs, credits, losses and interest restrictions
• Manage statutory and regulatory compliance filings
• Set up new entities and registrations
