Summary

The Group Financial Controller leads THG’s group financial reporting, compliance and audit work. This senior role manages a team of five and reports to the Group Finance Director, with an office location at Icon 1.

Responsibilities

• Lead group-wide compliance planning and delivery
• Prepare accounting papers for the board and audit committee
• Coordinate auditors and deliver the group audit
• Review financial statements for IFRS compliance
• Strengthen financial controls across the group
• Lead technology solutions to automate finance processes
• Mentor junior team members and build business relationships
