Provides production and application support for Citi’s Spread Products trading technology, working primarily on the trade floor with business users and a global follow-the-sun support team. Responsibilities

• Support Spread Products electronic trading platforms
• Monitor overnight risk batches against SLAs
• Investigate downstream feed and data quality issues
• Track incidents and stability work in ServiceNow and Jira
• Improve stack monitoring, observability, and controls
• Strengthen platform resiliency and recovery processes
• Escalate issues with development and business teams
