The senior global program manager will own customer success and service delivery for Veeva's Commercial product line in the life sciences sector. Responsibilities

• Own service delivery for the Commercial product line
• Define deployment, governance, and transformation roadmaps
• Establish post-deployment application management processes
• Coordinate customer success, product, and support activities
• Support implementation proposals and contract negotiations
• Lead global teams through technology implementations
