• Maintain salary structures, pay ranges, and market data
• Prepare data and inputs for salary and bonus planning
• Support consistent role evaluation, matching, and grading
• Review routine salary offers, promotions, and adjustments
• Prepare compensation data for pay transparency reporting
• Coordinate benchmarking submissions with brokers and survey providers
• Analyze salary positioning, internal equity, and market competitiveness
