Summary

This senior community marketing role will build Wise’s global presence across Reddit, Threads, WhatsApp Communities, Instagram, and emerging platforms. You will create community strategies, grow user advocacy, manage social listening, and turn customer conversations into content and product insights.

Responsibilities

• Launch and grow communities across global platforms
• Create conversation-led content and user-generated campaigns
• Build relationships with Wise users and advocates
• Run amas, feedback threads, and beta groups
• Develop scalable moderation guidelines and response playbooks
• Train customer support teams on social engagement
• Track sentiment, share of voice, and competitors
