Summary

Lupa is hiring its first in-house General Counsel to build the legal function and cover commercial contracts, privacy, AI regulation, governance, and international expansion. This is an executive-level role requiring 7+ years PQE, based in person at the London HQ.

Responsibilities

• Build the in-house legal function from scratch
• Negotiate enterprise SaaS and vendor agreements
• Lead privacy and security compliance across jurisdictions
• Assess regulatory requirements for AI clinical tools
• Advise the board on governance, equity, and fundraising
• Manage employment law and intellectual property matters
• Partner with product teams on AI compliance
