Summary

The associate supports FX Services middle office and the execution trading desk, ensuring accurate trade capture, reconciliations, controls, and exception resolution. The role also handles operational reporting and small change initiatives in a fast-paced trading environment.

Responsibilities

• Capture FX trades and process amendments and cancellations
• Complete daily controls and front-to-back reconciliations
• Investigate breaks and resolve operational exceptions
• Respond to deal queries and escalate issues
• Monitor client setup changes and update reference data
• Maintain process documentation and retain control evidence
• Produce operational volume, KPI, and control reporting
