Summary

This senior FX applications support role provides technical and business support for Citi's mission-critical foreign exchange trading systems in Belfast. The position covers global application monitoring, trade lifecycle support, releases, incident management and disaster recovery, with a hybrid arrangement allowing up to two days working from home each week.

Responsibilities

• Provide user support for critical trading systems
• Support end-to-end foreign exchange trade flows
• Monitor applications and underlying infrastructure continuously
• Perform start-of-day and end-of-day checks
• Participate in releases and production deployments
• Log and manage production incidents
• Support disaster recovery testing and weekend coverage
