Summary

This junior fund finance associate role supports the finance and operations of private equity funds. The work covers fund accounting, NAV review, tax and regulatory reporting, and service provider oversight; the UK working model is hybrid, with two days in the office each week.

Responsibilities

• Review fund entity accounts and quarterly NAVs
• Prepare statutory accounts, tax returns, and regulatory reports
• Oversee fund cash, audits, and tax reporting processes
• Monitor service providers and fund operating standards
• Support deal closings, AML/KYC, and funding activities
• Respond to investor queries and review performance reporting
