Summary

This associate role supports the design, launch, and ongoing operation of funds and products across L&G’s private markets and real assets platform. The position focuses on operating models, governance, process improvement, regulatory considerations, and third-party service delivery, with flexible working options available.

Responsibilities

• Support scalable operating models for new funds
• Collaborate across product, investment, finance, legal, and compliance
• Assess regulatory, tax, and market developments
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Maintain governance documentation and service level agreements
• Coordinate fund and provider onboarding transitions
• Monitor provider delivery against agreed KPIs
