Summary

The Fund and Product Operations Associate supports the design, launch and onboarding of funds and products within Legal & General’s Private Markets Real Assets platform. The role works across internal teams and external providers to support governance, controls and scalable operating processes.

Responsibilities

• Support operating model design for new funds
• Coordinate fund and product launches across teams
• Assess regulatory and tax developments for operational impact
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Maintain governance documentation and service level agreements
• Onboard funds, products and third-party providers
• Monitor provider service delivery against agreed KPIs
