Summary

This role provides bilingual, phone-based support to merchants using payment processing services. The specialist will troubleshoot technical and account issues, resolve transaction inquiries, and work from the office four days per week in a fast-paced client service environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer merchant calls and resolve issues
• Research transactions, deposits, statements, and accounts
• Troubleshoot payment processing and technical problems
• Document information from merchant interactions
• Follow up on inquiries and close next steps
• Escalate unresolved or high-risk merchant issues
• Coordinate resolutions with internal teams
