Summary

The FP&A Director partners with executive board members across Finance, IT, HR, Facilities, ESG, and the CEO Office. The role leads corporate functions planning, forecasting, cost-efficiency initiatives, and the FP&A team. It has a hybrid working arrangement with a balance of remote and in-office work.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive leaders on cost and investment decisions
• Challenge budgets, forecasts, headcount plans, and vendor spend
• Identify and track savings through to p&l impact
• Own corporate functions budgets and long-range planning
• Deliver monthly performance reviews across corporate functions
• Lead and develop the corporate fp&a team
• Improve reporting and visibility of headcount and vendor spend
