Summary

This lead-level role owns how Odin's deal operations work, rebuilding manual workflows as software and automation. You'll lead the core deal operations team at a London-based company, with at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Triage operational problems and scope engineering fixes
• Map deal workflows and build automation
• Replace manual processes to reduce cost per deal
• Lead the core deal operations team
• Prioritize team work and remove unscalable requests
• Automate calculations for carry, fees, and distributions
