The founding operations and systems lead will run and automate deal execution and fund administration workflows at Odin, a private markets investment platform. The role is an operating-focused lead working closely with founders and operations, product, and engineering teams; it requires at least three office days per week in London.

Responsibilities

• Execute investment deals from initiation through closing
• Map fund administration processes and operational systems
• Automate deal operations workflows using scripts and agents
• Calculate allocations, fees, carry, and distributions
• Remove non-scalable processes and unnecessary service steps
• Bring in engineering support for complex automation
