Founding growth lead responsible for building Odin's scalable inbound, product-led growth, and demand generation engine for venture capital and private equity customers. This is a lead-level role with broad ownership, based in London with at least three days per week in the office.

• Design and scale Odin's growth engine
• Build repeatable inbound pipeline systems
• Generate high-quality MQLs for sales
