Summary

The founding growth associate will build and test growth mechanisms to bring syndicate leads and fund managers to Odin’s private investment platform. The role also develops partnerships, events, and referral channels, working directly with a co-founder and spending at least three days a week in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Build lead magnets, tools, and growth campaigns
• Identify and activate relevant partner networks
• Organise investor events that generate new customers
• Create referral mechanisms for existing customers
• Measure growth results and scale what works
• Take ownership of unassigned founder-office projects
