Summary

Delfa is hiring a founding deployed engineer to convert pilots, support customers, and identify product opportunities for its autonomous ai agents automating clinical trials. The role combines customer-facing work, rapid prototyping, and onboarding automation, and is fully onsite in London five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Own pilot-to-customer conversion end-to-end
• Build scalable onboarding processes and playbooks
• Deploy ai agents for onboarding automation
• Work directly with customers to prototype solutions
• Extract validated product insights from customers
• Identify patterns and package engineering requirements
• Help open and grow the us presence
