Summary

This founding community and events lead will create and run events that raise Jack & Jill’s profile among London founders, VCs, and operators, then amplify them through social content. It is a hands-on individual contributor role based in the London office, connecting event and content activity to awareness and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute events from concept to follow-up
• Manage event logistics, guest lists, and day-of delivery
• Turn events into social recaps, clips, photos, and posts
• Grow an audience across linkedin, tiktok, instagram, and x
• Activate and expand a network of london founders and investors
• Measure how events and content contribute to awareness and pipeline
