Build Odin’s growth engine alongside a co-founder, creating tools, campaigns, partnerships, events, and referral mechanisms that attract fund managers and syndicate leads. This is a mid-level, hands-on role requiring at least two years of relevant experience, based with the London team and in the office at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Build lead magnets, tools, and growth campaigns
• Find partners who can refer qualified prospects
• Organise investor events that generate new customers
• Create referral programmes for existing customers
• Test growth ideas and scale what works
• Take on high-priority founders’ office projects
