Summary

The Founder's Associate will work directly with Riplo's two co-founders and Chief of Staff across fundraising, hiring, partnerships, go-to-market, investor relations, and operations. This is a junior, high-ownership role based primarily in London, with remote work possible for exceptional talent.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising and investor relations activities
• Coordinate investor due diligence and data rooms
• Source and close candidates across key functions
• Research markets, competitors, and partnership opportunities
• Identify partners and support early deal structuring
• Build go-to-market and operational systems
