The forward deployed investor will help 9fin’s buy-side credit-market clients embed ai capabilities into investment, research, underwriting, and portfolio-monitoring workflows. The role combines financial-services domain expertise with client deployment, adoption, product feedback, and account expansion in a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Map client investment workflows and identify ai insertion points
• Build ai capabilities into client workflows
• Onboard users and run enablement sessions
• Monitor adoption and address dormant seats
• Feed product intelligence into roadmap and gtm
• Identify account expansion opportunities for account management
