The forward deployed engineer will act as Thought Machine's technical interface with banking clients, delivering and supporting cloud-native Vault implementations across the full project lifecycle. The role focuses on cloud infrastructure design, deployment, optimisation, and troubleshooting, with remote work and travel to client sites for up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Design cloud infrastructure for client deployments
• Deploy and configure Vault products across environments
• Plan availability, recovery, backup, and security requirements
• Troubleshoot infrastructure remotely and at client sites
