Summary

The forward deployed engineer will embed with customers to model and solve complex scheduling and resource planning problems using optimization techniques, C#, .NET, Angular, and TypeScript. The role is hands-on and hybrid, combining customer engagement, software delivery, debugging, and feedback into the core product.

Responsibilities

• Partner directly with customers on scheduling problems
• Translate planning requirements into optimization models
• Configure and debug the scheduling engine
• Build and iterate solutions with customer teams
• Feed field learnings into core product improvements
• Diagnose optimizer performance and quality issues
