The associate director will structure and execute leveraged finance transactions supporting the acquisition and growth of UK SMEs by private equity firms and investors. The role covers lending origination, credit assessment, transaction execution, and sponsor relationships, with mentoring of junior colleagues. The position is office-based with home working as required.

Responsibilities

• Structure and execute leveraged finance transactions
• Underwrite facilities for UK SME acquisitions
