Summary

This is a working leadership role based in Glasgow, responsible for leading an established financial crime operations team. The role combines team management with hands-on oversight of transaction monitoring, screening, CDD, EDD and complex casework, while supporting the transition to the FCOP operating model.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop financial crime specialists
• Manage workflow, queues, SLAs and backlog
• Allocate cases by risk and customer impact
• Review complex cases and approve escalations
• Maintain quality standards across CDD and EDD
• Produce team MI and identify emerging risks
• Coach colleagues through the FCOP transition
