Summary

This junior finance associate role owns core accounting operations, including payables, receivables, invoicing, reconciliations, and month-end close. It is based in London with most of the team working in the office at least four days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and vat returns
• Process employee expense reports against company policies
• Oversee client invoicing and billing workflows
• Support month-end close and bank reconciliations
• Maintain general ledger records accurately
• Support reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis
