Summary

The finance & risk director will join The Idol’s Board and Senior Leadership Team, leading finance, risk, compliance and contract management while overseeing financial performance, governance and regulatory obligations. The role is an executive, board-level position with a hybrid arrangement requiring time in the Penrith office several times per month.

Responsibilities

• Shape company strategy through board-level financial insight
• Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management
• Oversee statutory reporting, treasury, tax, and controls
• Develop risk and compliance frameworks across key exposures
• Embed Consumer Duty and fair customer outcomes
• Maintain corporate and contractual governance arrangements
• Lead regulatory engagement with boards and regulators
