This finance manager role leads governance, risk and controls across M&S Food, partnering with senior leaders and business teams to strengthen controls and accountability. The role is hybrid, with support teams in the office three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Identify and monitor food business risks and controls
• Develop mitigation plans and support risk reporting
• Review business processes and strengthen control frameworks
• Coordinate audit planning and close audit actions
• Track risk and control actions and report progress
• Chair food leadership and monthly finance risk reviews
