Summary

This junior finance analyst role supports L&G’s Group Finance team with expense allocation, financial reporting, forecasting, reconciliations and financial controls. It is a fixed-term contract through December 2027, with exposure to accounting, VAT reporting, audit support and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Produce cost centre allocation reports
• Support quarterly forecasts and annual planning
• Prepare reconciliations, VAT returns and statutory filings
• Review accounting transactions during month-end close
• Deliver expense, ledger and allocation analysis
• Maintain financial controls against group standards
• Support internal and external audit requests
