The finance ai delivery lead will establish Wise's finance ai strategy, governance, delivery roadmap and permanent delivery function. The role leads accounting-focused deployments, builds reusable capabilities, and balances automation benefits with controls, reliability and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Define the finance ai strategy and roadmap
• Prioritise workflows for ai automation
• Lead accounting-focused ai pilots end to end
• Establish controls, evaluation and rollback criteria
• Build reusable prompts, templates and delivery patterns
• Prototype ai solutions with python and mcp tools
• Hire and coach the permanent delivery team
