Summary

The finance ai delivery lead will establish Wise's finance ai strategy, governance capability and delivery portfolio. This lead role covers accounting-focused ai deployments, reusable delivery standards, cross-functional execution and building a permanent finance ai delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Define finance ai strategy and delivery roadmap
• Prioritise workflows for ai automation
• Lead accounting-focused pilot deployments end to end
• Set evaluation criteria and control requirements
• Build reusable prompts and workflow templates
• Prototype solutions with python and mcp tools
• Hire and coach the permanent delivery team
