Summary

The ffe design lead will own the development and stewardship of neko health’s global furniture, fixtures, equipment, and accessories strategy across all locations worldwide. You’ll establish scalable, globally consistent ff+e standards for the location design playbook, guide product development and selection, and provide concept-level creative direction to regional design teams. The role requires 8+ years of ff+e design, specification, and procurement experience and involves working with architecture, industrial design, hardware, operations, brand, and procurement teams.

Responsibilities

• Own global ff+e standards for all clinic zones
• Document specifications and product lists in playbook
• Build scalable procurement and vendor strategy
• Identify preferred suppliers globally and regionally
• Provide concept-level guidance for regional projects
