Summary

The facility shift manager will monitor engineering assets and critical infrastructure at a data centre operating on a 24/7 shift pattern. The role oversees service provider and contractor activities, supports incident management and maintenance planning, and provides operational leadership to shift engineers.

Responsibilities

• Monitor engineering assets across the data centre
• Escalate incidents to nominated procedure contacts
• Oversee planned and unplanned site activities
• Support root cause analysis of incidents
• Plan maintenance and shift work activities
• Record completed and incomplete maintenance tasks
• Produce operational reports at shift end
