Summary

This mid-level role builds and runs the systems behind Scarlet’s premium in-person events and community. Working with the Experience Lead and Sales team, you’ll coordinate global event logistics and scale delivery from 10+ events per month toward 30+.

Responsibilities

• Organise premium events for customers and stakeholders
• Source venues and manage guest logistics
• Build scalable event systems and playbooks
• Design personalised pre-event invitation workflows
• Track attendance and surface attendee insights
• Identify automation opportunities while protecting guest experience
