This senior experience design role focuses on shaping human-AI interactions for operational products and services at JPMC. You will design accessible, data-informed experiences for AI/ML capabilities across web, mobile, and enterprise workflows, taking concepts through to production.

Responsibilities

• Design interaction solutions across products and platforms
• Design human-AI experiences for operational AI/ML tools
• Define AI/ML output presentation within workflows
• Apply information architecture and storyboarding techniques
• Incorporate inclusive design and accessibility guidelines
• Analyze user research and behavioral data
• Iterate designs using user feedback and insights
