Responsibilities

• Co-lead an autonomous energy engineering squad
• Own technical decisions and engineering standards
• Set objectives and prioritise squad work
• Manage, coach, and develop engineer reports
• Hire and onboard engineers as needed
• Lead metrics reviews and on-call coverage
• Monitor delivery risks, okrs, and milestones
