Summary

The engineering manager will lead globally distributed engineering teams in Belfast, translating engineering strategy into delivery while overseeing people development, performance, technical decisions, and operational improvement. This onsite role reports to the director of software engineering and focuses on platform modernisation, secure delivery, ai adoption, and team-level execution.
