Summary

The engineering manager will lead a team of engineers building and scaling travel foreign exchange products for millions of users across the region. The role combines people management, technical architecture, delivery ownership and production reliability in a hybrid working arrangement requiring at least three office days per week.

• Lead engineers across frontend and backend development
• Own engineering delivery for major product areas
• Drive architecture and technical engineering decisions
• Set standards for quality, testing and reliability
• Coach engineers through feedback and performance management
• Improve engineering processes, tooling and automation
