Summary

This bid specialist will own Laminar Projects' end-to-end bid function, writing and managing proposals for consultancy services across data centres, infrastructure, high-tech, and complex buildings. The role supports bids for government agencies, major owners and operators, and main contractors, with most work performed from home and peak periods based in the London office.

Responsibilities

• Assess opportunities and prepare go/no-go recommendations
• Run live bids from eligibility through submission
• Write compliant and compelling bid responses
• Coordinate subject matter experts and reviewers
• Maintain bid libraries and case study repositories
• Lead bid reviews, debriefs, and lessons learned
• Monitor procurement portals and framework notifications
