Summary

The EMEA Payroll Administrator manages payroll operations and provider services across locations, supporting payroll reporting, controls, and employee queries. This is an administrator-level role in Morgan Stanley’s Human Resources Division, based in Glasgow with a hybrid working arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage local payroll providers and monthly instructions
• Reconcile payroll outputs and general ledger data
• Coordinate net pay, third-party payments, and payroll funding
• Prepare payroll and benefits reports for internal teams
• Maintain payroll controls and SOX documentation
• Resolve employee, HR, and vendor payroll queries
• Review payroll processes and identify service improvements
