Summary

This senior associate role supports critical site operations design, commissioning, reliability, and infrastructure readiness for BlackRock offices and data centers across EMEA. The position is hybrid, with at least four days per week in the office, and covers facilities engineering, MEP systems, IT infrastructure, vendor oversight, budget management, and 24/7 emergency support.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mission-critical infrastructure design and operations
• Manage critical systems across EMEA sites
• Lead MEP design and construction budgets
• Ensure compliance with design and operating standards
