Responsibilities

• Advise EMEA commodities business on legal matters
• Support gas and power capability expansion
• Structure, negotiate, and execute complex transactions
• Advise on novel commodity transaction structures
• Draft and oversee EFET trading documentation
• Interpret laws, regulations, and industry standards
• Assess and escalate legal and regulatory risks
