Summary

Lead the safe, reliable operation of Graphcore’s Bristol electronics laboratories supporting AI compute hardware engineering, validation, manufacturing technology, and product testing. This is a hands-on leadership role with flexibility in how and where you work, including responsibility for building and managing a technician team.

Responsibilities

• Manage test equipment and lab infrastructure
• Maintain esd controls and laboratory readiness
• Coordinate maintenance, calibration, and technical upgrades
• Configure and support engineering lab setups
• Coordinate subcontractors for specialist technical services
• Manage goods in and out
• Build and manage a technician team
