Manage and grow relationships with schools, guiding leaders through recruitment and helping them hire teachers and support staff through Zen Educate. The role includes outbound sales activity and is based five days a week at the London office, with some travel to Hertfordshire.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with school decision-makers
• Guide school leaders through recruitment processes
• Call prospective schools and handle sales objections
• Identify teachers matching school staffing needs
• Expand usage across existing school accounts
