Summary

Light is hiring a director to build its marketing position and pipeline in the energy and defence sectors. The role leads market research, positioning, campaigns, sales enablement, and product feedback in partnership with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product. It is an in-office role with regular travel to customer and industry events.

Responsibilities

• Research energy and defence buyers, workflows, and needs
• Develop segment positioning and competitive arguments
• Plan and execute campaigns with demand generation teams
• Report on qualified pipeline and conversion weekly
• Train sales reps and sdrs on sector buying dynamics
• Represent Light at conferences and industry discussions
• Translate customer evidence into product requirements
